Hi, I'm Sandy Hix. I have over 25 years experience in the sales and service industry. I have always appreciated the beauty and serenity of the lakes in the southeast. I specialize in helping others enjoy these natural resources by matching perspective boat-owners with the pleasure craft to best suit their needs and desires. My husband Jim(JW) and I moved to Pickwick in 2001 and have become very active in the local community. I would love to help you find the boat of your dreams.
My name is Davis Gillenwater. I am an avid boater of 30 plus years. My passion for the outdoors and being on the water brings me together with Pickwick Yacht Brokers. I am very involved in and around my local boating community. In addition to boat sales and brokerage with Pickwick Yacht Brokers, I am licensed USCG Merchant Marine Mariner 100 GRT Master. I have hundreds of hours and miles on the water. I provide delivery and relocation sevice, I am Captain on the commercial 90’ paddle wheel Pickwick Belle, I am Captain for TN Tom Towing, a Boat US towing facility. I am also owner/operator of a marine canvas shop and provide quality marine canvas and enclosure fabrication and repair. I have a wonderful 10 year old daughter and a great girlfirend with two great children that all share my passion for being on the water.
My name is Rodney Lucas.
I joined the PYB team in August 2009. I have been in the Pickwick area since 1998 and have lived here full time since 2001. I owned my own business for 26 years and semi retired in 2000 before going back to work full time in 2002. Many of you may associate me with Grand Harbor where I was the Dockmaster from 2002 to 2005.
I am a life long boater myself having owned several boats from a wooden raft on a farm pond as a child to my largest boat a 55 Viking M/Y. I have traveled the waterways from the Great Lakes to Fort Lauderdale Fl. I not only have a working knowledge of boats but also know most of the marina operators between St. Louis and Mobile.
I have been married to my wife Jackie for 37 years and have 2 children and 6 grandchildren who also share my love of the water and related activities.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve you whether you are looking to buy a boat or move up or sell your current boat. Watch for me on the water on the “$cholar $hip”.
My name is James Weir.
My family has been enjoying the Pickwick area for over twenty years. After 33 years, I retired in 2007 from my position as Sr. V.P. Of Operations for a Memphis manufacturing company.
I also worked in the real estate business for many years along with my wife.
I have been married to my wife Elizabeth for 38 years and live at Pickwick full time . We are blessed that our son, daughter in law and two grandsons live 'just around the corner'.
My wife and I have always had a passion for boating and the water. We currently own a 40' Mainship located at Grand Harbor Marina.
We love this lake and the people in this community. I am currently on the Board of Directors for Friends of Pickwick State Park. As such, I am the membership chairman of this volunteer group that supports projects of the state park. We are proud of the many projects funded by our volunteers.

I have a 16 year background in business and sales
and have owned several successful businesses. I have a passion for boats and have been fortunate to be in the boat sales industry in this area for several years now.
I have owned many boats over the years and currently live on my 60ft Destination River Yacht full time in Clifton Tn. at the Clifton Marina.
