Sandy Hix has over 20 years experience in the sales and service industry. She has always appreciated the beauty and serenity of the lakes in the southeast. She specializes in helping others enjoy these natural resources by matching perspective boat-owners with the pleasure craft to best suit their needs and desires. She and her husband Jim moved to Pickwick in 2001 and have become very active in the local community.
Hi, I'm Jeremy Kennedy.
I was born in the Louisville, KY area in 1974. We moved to Columbus, MS when I was very young, then to Manchester, TN, then finally back to the Louisville area specifically New Albany, IN.
Throughout my life many of my fondest memories have taken place on the water. Fishing has always been a passion of mine and a little later in life I began exploring small rivers and lakes of the midwest in a canoe or kayak.
After years of traveling and many different career choices the water called me back again. I attended and graduated from the Lousiville Technical Institues Marine Maintanence Program in 2003. As much as I love Louisville and even though the Ohio River has come a long way, it's still not the most ideal boating water.
I had never heard of Pickwick Lake until I came down for a job interview and was immediately taken by its quiet charm and beautiful scenery.
I've worked for a local yacht dealership in the service department for the last 4 years. While there I was responsible for everything bow to stern on a wide range of boats from 10 to 70 foot. I also handled many of the sea trial and deliveries. I now feel comfortable piloting just about anything with props.
I started with Pickwick Yacht Brokers in January of 2008. I feel my personality and intimate knowledge of the inner workings of a yacht make me an ideal person to help you find the perfect boat for you.
