Travel Directions to Norwood Yacht SalesRoute 93 South to Exit 12 [Quincy/Neponset]. At bottom of exit ramp stay in right lane [Staples & Walgreens on Your Right] Proceed under Route 93 & Bear Right onto Neponset River Bridge. Immediately get in middle lane [Do not take Rte. 3A south]. As you descend on other side of River, go right onto Commander Shea Blvd. Proceed 1 mile along marsh on your left. Turn right at "Welcome to Marina Bay" sign. At Rotary proceed 2/3 around onto Victory Road. Straight to stop sign at “T” intersection. Turn left at Stop sign. Proceed straight to public parking at end of boardwalk adjacent to the Waterworks. Norwood Yacht Sales is centrally located on the boardwalk under the clock tower overlooking the yacht basin. FROM CAPE COD & POINTS SOUTH: Route 3 North to Route 93 North [Braintree]. Take Exit 11 [Granite Avenue]. Proceed Straight on Granite Avenue, Over drawbridge to Traffic Light. Turn right at lights onto Hilltop Street and go over hill to next traffic light. [Sentry Lincoln on right] At light Turn right onto Gallivan Blvd. Proceed under Route 93 & Bear Right onto Neponset River Bridge. Immediately get in middle lane [Do not take Rte. 3A south]. As you descend on other side of River, go right onto Commander Shea Blvd. Proceed 1 mile along marsh on your left. Turn right at "Welcome to Marina Bay" sign. At Rotary proceed 2/3 around onto Victory Road. Straight to stop sign at “T” intersection. Turn left at Stop sign. Proceed straight to public parking at end of boardwalk adjacent to the Waterworks. Norwood Yacht Sales is centrally located on the boardwalk under the clock tower overlooking the yacht basin. BY SEA: From Buoy #3 off Castle Island, head into Dorchester Bay. Keep nun buoys to starboard. Take left at #12 red lighted buoy and head for Marina Bay, keeping Nantucket Lightship to starboard. Contact Marina Bay dockmaster on VHF Channel 10 for transient dockage. LAT: 42:17:57.048N LON 71:01:49.426W PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Take Red Line to North Quincy. Take Bus #211. Bus leaves at 10 minutes before the hour. No Sunday service. Take bus to Marina Bay stop. Marina is 15 minute walk from bus stop. Last bus back to North Quincy T Station leaves at 6:15 PM. A & A Metro South, a courtesy shuttle provided by the business community at Marina Bay, departs the North Quincy T Station (parking lot-lower level) every 20 minutes from 6:30AM to 8:30PM. The Marina Bay location for pick-up/drop-off is the front entrance to 500 Victory Road. There is no fee for this shuttle service.
