Featured Boat 78' SCHOONER/ CUSTOM STAYSAIL SCHOONER/ MARCONI RIG 1960 US$ 185,000 The Schooner "VLTAVA" has a sparred length of 86' with a 78,' LOD x 19' 7" max Beam and an 11' Draft.This impressive windjammer was reportedly built in the 60's, but may be newer judging by condition and advanced construction methods. Designed by Davies, she was built by Jan Poopisil at Wilmington, CA. (Wilmington has a long and proud shipbuilding tradition and has been the origin of many fine wood vessels over the years.)
