Rockcoast Boatworks
Rockcoast Boatworks, a division of the Menezes Marine Group, LLC, which was founded by George Menezes, a 25 year veteran designer/builder of the Maine boatbuilding industry. Menezes' designs can often be seen cruising the East Coast as well the Northwest United States. The very successful Sabre 34, 38, 42 and 52 Express powerboats as well as the Back Cove 26, 29 and 33 were all born from a blank sheet of paper on the family kitchen table in Maine.
The Rockcoast 27 Console Cruiser represents "the boat for the way we boat". Based on a proven Royal Lowell hull design, the full keel, semi-displacement diesel powered yacht will provide comfort in all sea conditions and she will burn a mere 4-5 gallons per hour at cruising speed. A step through the forward companionway accesses the forward cabin which provides room to get out of the weather or a place to take a nap while at anchor. On deck there is ample seating and lounging space. Vast storage under the molded bench and lounge seats provides a place for just about anything including a couple of storable tables.
The latest design from Rockcoast Boatworks is the companies flagship, the Rockcoast 30 Express. Designed on a modified 'V' planing hull, she will be capable of speeds of up to 30 knots with standard power. Optional engine packages will include choice of single or twin, gas or diesel. Forward cuddy will feature a spacious v-berth, galley and a private head. On deck, she will feature a L-shaped settee with table and a full lenght transom bench seat. Various windshield and hardtop options are also available.
