Raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Doug Rollins. has spent his entire life around boats and the marine industry. As the son of a boat builder, he spent most of his childhood as his father’s assistant and shadow, helping out in the boat shed with any stage of construction that was underway. After college, Doug worked as a brewer and plant engineer for DeGroen's Brewery and the manager of a multimillion dollar pharmaceutical manufacturer in Baltimore. Even though job and family has kept him busy, he could not stay away from his love of boats. Doug still fishes today in the waters of Ocean City Maryland aboard his 38’ sport fish which was his second restoration project.
In 2009, Doug began his own yacht service and management business, Complete Marine Inc. This has grown into a well respected company encompassing all facets of yacht service from general maintenance to major refits and repowers in the coastal areas of Delaware and Maryland.
