Licensure and Trade Association Membership:

We are licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia, one of the few states with a formal certification program for the yacht brokerage profession. We also belong to the Yacht Brokers Association of America (YBAA), a national trade association in which membership is subject to peer review and adherence to the organization’s code of ethics.

Fees and Fine Print:

The fee for our service is a commission on the agreed selling price in the purchase contract, due at closing. The fee is subject to a minimum. Our business relationship and its specific terms will be established by a listing agreement, once it is signed by both the seller and the listing broker.
