Seller warrants that he/she is the owner of said vessel and equipment; said vessel will be free of all liens, and a survey of the vessel would find it to be seaworthy at the time of completion of sale.  The Seller agrees to hold Broker harmless for any loss or damage to the vessel or any liability incurred as a result of this agreement.  Seller agrees to provide buyer a demonstration sea trial upon accepting an offer to purchase the vessel.

 

The Seller agrees to pay a commission of 10% (or $1,500.00 minimum, whichever is higher) to Broker upon Broker finding a ready, willing and able buyer to the Seller.  This agreement shall remain in effect for 180 days.  This agreement will automatically renew, unless cancelled by either party by giving the other party 30 days prior written notice of cancellation.
