You may be able to trade your yacht towards the purchase of the new luxury view chalet being built near Whistler Resort, British-Columbia, Canada...Home of the 2010 Winter Olympics.
A pilothouse, sportfisher or trawler 1990 or newer, 45 to 60 feet, twin diesel would be prefered but other styles including sailing yachts may be considered.

This spacious and fuel efficient 42 foot coastal cruiser includes all the features that any west coast boater would need for a vacation along the coast or a short day trip. The Cujo Catfish features accommodation for 10 people including two staterooms. The galley and dinette are located down, while the
v-berth is up front and has a private head. Aft, the master stateroom is very spacious and features extensive locker space and a full owner's head with separate shower. Beautiful hand carved teak detailing decorates the interior throughout the boat. The lower helm is traditionally located to starboard in the salon next to the deck side door. This boat has a fully enclosed rear lounge and a few steps up, the fully enclosed heated bridge with new canvas. Both areas are heated by a Webasto diesel furnace. Additional features include wide secure teak side decks, a stylish radar arch, new sound system as well as new interior lighting. It rides on a stable solid fiberglass modified-V hull with modest transom dead rise and a deep keel for running gear protection.
