The marina and yacht sales offices are open seven days a week for your convenience to make life easier for the seller or buyer.

Mears Point Yacht Sales has two convenient resort locations on the upper Chesapeake Bay with over 1,000 slips to better serve the boating community. Our main office is located at Mears Point Marina on the Kent Narrows in Grasonville, Maryland. And our second location is at Mears Great Oak Landing Marina on picturesque Fairlee Creek in Chestertown, Maryland. Both of these large resort marinas on the Maryland Eastern Shore offer all of the boating services and amenities that you expect from a class A marina, as well as a full range of services including boat pickup and delivery, survey, repairs and storage.
