Welcome to the Mariner Network’s sailing page. We have dedicated this page to sailors and our sailing staff. Here at the Mariner Network, we recognize that to properly represent you as a buyer or seller, it is important to know that there are three types of sailors: cruising sailors, racing sailors and those that enjoy both! In developing our brokerage company, we hired two individuals who are highly qualified to represent you and your vessel in all three arenas. Dave covers all marinas form Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Grand Haven, Michigan. One of the keys to successfully selling a yacht is properly listing her. The Mariner Network implements a number of strategies and tools to professionally represent and market your vessel. Our greatest tools are professional photography, comprehensive text and the use of numerous sites throughout the internet including YachtWorld, Boats.com, Google base, Yahoo Classifieds and Lakeland Boating, not to mention our knowledgeable and heads up staff. Also, new this spring of 2007, we are introducing 360 degree tours and on water video.
Listing your sailboat will involve meeting with our listing agent on board so that we thoroughly understand what makes your sailboat special. This information will be recorded and properly described in your listing.
Once your yacht is listed, we will receive inquiries, set up appointments, negotiate with prospective buyers, help set up surveys, sea trials and ultimately complete the sale. This is what we do and we do it very well.
