Before the internet arrived, most vessels sold stayed in the general vicinity. Today, it is very common to locate buyers overseas and transport boats all over the world. The Mariner Network has successfully sold and sent vessels to numerous countries abroad including Russia, Sweeden, Germany, Saudi Arabia and others.
Most recently, a 28' Ciera Sunbridge Bayliner was shipped to Stockholm, Sweden and a 1998, 46' Maxum 4600 SCB Motoryacht was shipped to Vladivostok, Russia. The Mariner Network beleives that both vessels are a testament to the importance of the internet in today's brokerage industry. More importantly, our brokers are aware of the potential of U.S. used boat exports overseas. This Mainship Trawler to the left was moored in Washington Park in Michigan City, Indiana.
Now she is moored in Nova Scotia !!!
This past summer The Mariner Network sold a Marinette that ended up in Ketchikan, Alaska. (left)
December/2009- The Mariner Network just sold this 37' 2007 Fisher Ketch and has sent her to her new home in Holland, The Netherlands.
