Pier 99 Project Boats
The vessels on this page are all vessels with known issues. Some are stalled projects that need finishing, some are vessels with known problems like a bad engine or interior work that needs to be done. The prices on all the boats on this page are negotiable (within reason). These boats can represent an excellent value for a buyer with time, desire, handyman skills and/or financial resources.
1965 46' Chris-Craft Constellation... Only $48,500! There's not much work left to do on this roomy liveaboard/cruiser. Here's a 46' Chris-Craft Connie that has all the room you'll ever need! This Constellation needs some finishing touches, however she runs very well and is in good, sound overall condition with only some paint, cosmetic detailing, miscl. odds & ends and your own personal touches to attend to. Her layout starts forward with a head in the fore-peak, aft is the guest stateroom with a single bunk to port and a desk to starboard. Moving aft there is a roomy galley with an elect. range and large refrigerator on the port side and a dinette on the starboard side. Next aft and up is a very large salon, and down and aft there's a big master stateroom with a double bunk, dressers and hanging lockers/closets as well as a master head with a full shower. Down below, her engine room is clean and neat with power provided by a pair of 330hp Crusaders coupled to Velvet Drives. Her owner will consider all reasonable offers...

The owner of this older Fiberform flybridge reports that her twin fresh water cooled Mercuiser 3.7L straight sixes run great and were tuned up before the boat was put into storage last year. New flybridge control cables were also installed at that time. Her hull is straight and seems to be in good condition. Inside she is roomy and nicely laid out. there is a full head with a shower, a nice galley, roomy dinette, a v-berth and a lower helm station. Her interior is in pretty good condition overall. A little TLC and she would be great for fishing, cruising or living aboard. She even comes on an EZ Loader tandem axle trailer! This custom vessel features a walk-thru transom, high bulwarks and more. She is powered by a pair of Cummins 8V165M diesels with 6458 hours.
