Take the Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 56 (Route 111 South)
Or you can take Sunrise Hwy (Hwy 27) to Exit 45 (Route 111 South) Or you can take the Southern St. Pkwy to Exit 43S(Route 111 South)
Go SOUTH on Route 111 until it ENDS onto Montauk Hwy (27A.)........ (The "Oconee East" Diner will be on your right)
Make a RIGHT and head WEST on Montauk Hwy (27A.)
Go 1.5 miles, until you see a very large American flag at "McDonald's" on the right side of the road.
Turn LEFT here onto DEGNON Blvd, just past the "Seascape" Restaurant.
Long Island Yacht Sales will be on the left hand side about 2/10ths of a mile down. The sales office is located near the water.
