What will my broker do that will set my boat apart from the others that are on the market?
He will personally inspect your boat and make suggestions of what you should do to the boat to maximize her dockside appeal and also obtain the highest asking price. We believe in doing more detailed listings than most brokers. Ask to see a sample. Carefully analyzing the data and securing a proper listing is only part of the job. We at LYS will provide detailed photographs of your boat, more than just what is listed online. If an out of state buyer calls that buyer will have in his hands within the hour photos that will show him why your boat is better than any of the others listed.

Is my broker using state of the art technology to sell my boat? -We were using digital photos and video before anyone and we have a very active website as well as social media websites.

Will my broker keep me informed? We will keep you informed monthly, usually via email, about our asking price and how it is comparable to what else is on the market. It does neither of us any good to list a boat and just wait for someone to come along. We have to be proactive about the price and what is happening in the market.
