An email from one of Judy's Sellers to a client hesitant to use a Buyer's Broker:
Judy sold my Linssen to a man in Hawaii when Cinderella was docked at the top of the TENN-Tom, nowhere NEAR where she is! She had to work with the buyer who was VERY difficult to work with, and finally got us to where we could agree. She worked her tail off for both of us, even at a great distance from us both. She KNEW Linssens as well as many different makes...so she can fit A with B. I have since met her and she's great, her reputation is sterling.
If you are wary of brokers, why are you not wary of individual sellers? How do you decide that they have taken care of their boat? How do you know a zillion things about a boat that a dealer/broker can help you discover?
