Watercastle Documentation
Watercastle Documentation was established in July 2007, as a separate division of JM YACHTS, Inc., in response to the rapid growth of this part of our business. Karol Moulder, CPYB, one of the Principals of JM YACHTS, began working with Customers, many of whom were first-time boat buyers, in 2003 to alleviate their concerns with the closing process and insure the smooth transfer of ownership on both the sail and power boats that they purchased from JM YACHTS. Since that time, the number of Buyers who prefer to have all phases of the sales transaction completed in "one place" has increased and we have provided documentation services to not only our Cash Buyers, but have successfully established strong relationships with marine financial institutions that allow us to act as a liason between the lender and the Buyer from the point of offer to the point of close.Watercastle Documentation is dedicated to efficiently handling all aspects of the complex processes of Coast Guard Documentation and State titling/registration requirements for our Clients and Customers on pre-owned boats Watercastle Documentation offers the following services: Contact Watercastle Documentation and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the titling processes.
