Located on Lopez Island
in Washington's San Juan Islands,
Islands Marine Center is just
a short 45 minute ferry ride
from Anacortes.
Winter 1985 in a blanket of white January snow.
Satisfying our customers
is the number one goal
at Islands Marine Center.
It was upon this commitment
that our foundation was
built back in 1972.
Founding owners Ron and Jennifer Meng:
"We're a ferry ride away from America, so we have to do better."
More dock space was added in late 1985.
IMC is a full-service marina
facility featuring a 100-slip marina;
factory trained service department
for boat and engine repair and rigging;
chandlery and auto parts department;
boat and outboard motor sales
and customer service.
IMC offers year-round boat
storage and haul-outs to 15 ton.

Since the islands are
known for great fishing
