Our hulls are built on a
steel jig system, with each aluminum sheet
formed into shape before the final
welding procedure. Once removed from
the steel jig, the hull retains the shape
our engineers intended, directing the water
efficiently and correctly, reducing fuel usage while
creating a smooth ride in any
kind of water.
At Harbercraft, our Pre-Flex Technology boats do not have loose panels. Before our hull is welded, all the components are fit very, very tightly (CNC computer-cut pieces fit perfectly) and then welded together. The metal will now resist fatigue, because there is strength with compromise...

Strength: By incorporating Pre-Flex or 'pre-bending' our hulls, superior strength is formed into the aluminum as the hull is built, virtually eliminating any vibration or hull noise common in other aluminum boats.

manufacturing is what sets them apart. Computer controlled
robotic equipment cuts every piece
the same size, every time and makes construction much
easier and faster. There is no "weld and grind",
because the parts fit accurately the
first time. This advanced method of construction
increases strength and performance without
adding unnecessary extra brackets, seams,
or joints, common in older boat designs.

The smoothly formed in brake lines add style and tremendous strenght to the boat.
The whole side of the boat is one piece of marine grade aluminum, eliminating extra seams or welds.
The gunwale is formed into the side of the boat in the shape of a box beam as in modern uni-body crash tested car frame. Our gunwale box shapes are similar in design and equal in strength to our full length under floor box stringers.
