Meet The Staff of ICYS
Brandon began his yachting career at a very young age in Lighthouse Point, Florida. He has logged over 17,000 hours of sea time traveling throughout the United States and Bahamas. He attended Purdue University and a Diesel Technology College to further his understanding of complex machinery and he holds a 100 ton Masters Captains License. Brandon began brokerage sales with Frank Gordon Yacht Sales in 1996. He worked with Frank until late 2004 when he decided to open ICYS. Brandon has experienced phenomenal success in the brokerage business due to his vast knowledge of the yacht market and understanding of US and European vessels.
Kristina Flaherty grew up in Suffern, New York and moved to Florida in 1999. Shortly after she and Brandon met and married. Kristina coordinates marketing for ICYS and manages the office.

Aaron Bang has been involved in the yachting industry since 1995. Aaron grew up in Lake City Minnesota right along the Mississippi River where he worked at the Lake City Marina detailing and maintaining vessels. He moved to Fort Myers Florida in 2000 and continued his career on vessels through out the Southwest Florida area. ICYS Yacht Brokerage is pleased to have Aaron as our customer support representative. His primary objective is to make sure all of our vessels are in boat show condition at every moment. Aaron assists our clients with arranging maintenance and repairs and makes sure it is taken care of in a timely manner. Aaron is also a sales broker for ICYS Yacht Brokerage and is based out of Fort Myers Florida.

We would like to welcome Ted Gates who represents Image Charters and Yacht Sales in the Southeast Minnesota area. Ted grew up in Lake City MN along the Mississippi River. He has been working in the yachting industry detailing and maintaining boats in Lake City Marina, as well as assisting in winter haulouts and spring put-ins since 2001. Ted has an extensive client base in Red Wing, Wabasha, and Pepin Wisconsin. He has spent winters in Southwest FL maintaing vessels in Gulf Harbour Marina. Ted began his own boat maitenience company, "Shiny McShine" in 2001. He has an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of boats including power and sailboats.
