Purchasing a BROKERAGE yacht:

• Agree an accepted offer with the seller and sign the purchase and sale agreement

• Have the yacht surveyed – we’re located right next to a full service boat yard and there are several marine surveyors based in Nanny Cay Marina

• On acceptance of the survey, complete the purchase as per the purchase and sale agreement

• Congratulations! You are now the proud new owner of a luxury yacht.

Purchasing a NEW yacht:

• Call us, send an e-mail or complete the online Yacht Ownership Enquiry form

• We will provide you with a comprehensive information pack

• Our experienced staff will discuss your requirements with you

• We can assist with financing

• Signing a Yacht Purchase Agreement and a 10% deposit will secure the purchase (and the marketing of your yacht if intended for charter placement)

• Final Payment will secure shipping of the yacht from the yard

• We will organize insurance, shipping and delivery to your preferred destination.

• Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a new luxury yacht.
