Established in 1978, and still owned by the Hermann family, the Bavaria yard is the most efficient yacht production facility in the world. These yachts are all built to Ocean category A - the highest classification of the International Marine Certificate Institute under directive 94/25. They are available with a wide range of factory and Horizon fitted options, ranging from autopilots and air-conditioning to generators and electric winches.With solid glass lay up below the waterline including a Kevlar laminate forward from the keel, a divinicell foam core above the waterline and easily driven hull shapes, Bavaria yachts are the "4 x 4’s" of the ocean luxury yachts with a performance edge that make them a delight to sail. Below decks, the new lighter hue Bosse mahogany joinery further enhances the extremely spacious and ergonomic interiors. A host of factory upgrades that are now standard, widens the gap further between Bavaria and the competition.
