HARTGE CHESAPEAKE CHARTERS
has been chartering quality yachts to sailors since the mid-1940's.Located on the West River in Galesville,MD, we are less than an hour's drive from Baltimore or Washington, DC. From the West River one has access to St.Michaels, Oxford or Annapolis-all popular destinations within a half days sail. Spend a week on the Bay and include picturesque Solomons Island, Dunns Cove and the Little Choptank river on your cruising itinerary.Or, you can head north and explore Baltimore's exciting Inner Harbour, spend a day or two gunkholing on the Sassafrass river, then sail to Rock Hall for a delicious crab feast. There is much to see and do on the Chesapeake Bay, you'll want to stay all summer!!
Charter season on the Chesapeake Bay begins April 1 and ends November 30th. The most popular months are May,June, September and October,so you will want to reserve early. Low season discounts are in effect October 15th through November,and July 10th through August 15th.
