Keirn Rush, CPYB
Keirn is Managing Broker for Harbor Yachts. Keirn learned to sail with a plywood sailfish in the 50's, and taught sailing on Snipes at camp in Michigan in the late 50's. He graduated from Indiana University in 1964 with a degree in Business and a minor in Sailing Club. In the 70's Keirn was a Aircraft Broker and a Realtor with the GRI designation. The 80's and early 90's were spent in the Computer industry which paid the way for his Catalina 30 and then Catalina 36 which he kept on Lake Michigan. Keirn and his wife Carolyn took four months to Sail "Apple Pie" their Catalina 36' down from Lake Michigan to Oriental in 1999. In 2000 Keirn began selling boats in Atlantic Beach and in 2002 opened Harbor Yachts in Oriental. Keirn is a member of the Yacht Brokers Association of America and he has earned the Certified Professional Yacht Broker Designation Certified Professional Yacht Broker, CPYB.
