LOCATIONS
Our main facility is centrally located in Clinton, CT and offers dockage, quick launch, indoor showrooms, service department and much more. Situated on Long Island Sound with great access by land and water, Harborside offers a state of the art full service approach to boat ownership. Clinton is a classic shoreline town in a historic New England setting with many local attractions. Just a little over 90 minutes from NYC and 30 minutes from Fairfield County, Harborside is able to provide sales and service to their clients conveniently.
Harborside's second sales and service location is at Norwalk Cove Marina, Norwalk, CT. This location is extremely convenient to our Fairfield and Westchester County customers. Our boat display is directly outside our office in a boat show setting. We also offer "Demo's" in the water. Norwalk Cove Marina is the marquee boat yard in Fairfield County with a full ships store, restaurant and over 750 slips. Our dockside service is available to provide our clients a no hassle approach to boat ownership.
The Delamar Hotel, Greenwich Harbor, and Harborside Yacht Sales offer a unique approach to boat sales. As a guest of the only 5 star hotel in Fairfield County, you are welcome to see some of our elite models in a truly elegant dockside setting. ACHIEVEMENTS & AWARDS
Harborside was one of the first 100 dealers in the United States to meet the stringent criteria and earn the distinction of becoming a Marine Certified Dealer.(Certification Congratulations Letter), in 2006. This year we were again successfully were recertified. Harborside was awarded four best practices out of six categories. This means we fulfilled and exceeded the requirements with practices that went far beyond the sales or service standard, that is set by the certification board. We have also been awarded the top CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Award from Chris Craft for three straight years. We continue to raise the bar on the marine industry by offering programs, training, events, and "out of box" thinking that sets us apart from our competition. Harborside has also been named as # 29 out of the Top 100 Dealers in the country by Boating Industry Magazine for 2006. We have agian reached the goal of a Top 100 dealer in the United States, for 2007. We recognize our clients busy schedule and short boating season and that is why we do whatever is necessary to keep our customers on the water. Although our sales department usually sells our boats initially, it is our service department that keeps our customers coming back for more.
