Great Lakes Marine Services and Cruisers Yachts Past Rendezvous
Great Lakes Marine Services and Cruisers Yachts held the second annual rendezvous for Cruisers boat owners at the Port Washington Municipal Marina July 7th, 8th, and 9th of 2006. One-hundred and twenty people took part in this event, including fifty-five boaters. The Rendezvous was also open to non-Cruisers owners as well as non-boaters. Vendors on hand included Volvo, Boats & Notes, Yanmar Marine, Sea Hawk Paints, Marine Banking Services, Kohler, Cruisers Yachts, Great Lakes Tenders, Nautilus Custom Services, Prop Scan, Corse Superbikes, and Image Apparel. Dinner and cocktails were catered by the Wilson House of Port Washington on and covered by Great Lakes Marine Services and the participating vendors. Each person who signed up for the event received a T-Shirt, carry bag, leather planner, and a coffee mug with the rendezvous insignia on them. On the 8th there were activities such as remote control boat races (A real crowd pleaser), golf chipping contest into a life ring in the harbor, transportation to the Port Washington garden tour, volleyball, raffles, as well as a live band and sea trials on our new Cruisers Yachts.
