Previous to joining Great Island Boat Yard he concluded twenty three years with Manset Marine Supply Co., a large marine products distributor. Stew had been their salesman for southern Maine since 1980. Prior to, he worked for Manset in the Buffalo, NY area after several years with the Hinckley Company in Southwest Harbor, ME.
Stew is actively building his brokerage inventory by traveling to many other boat yards, most of whom he has served in his previous incarnation for the past two decades. 1988 US$ 650,000

A true downeast classic, Lowell/Spaulding hull by Jarvis Newman and finished out by Lyman Morse. She is a sight to behold especially since the major refit for her meticulous owners over the winter of '07/'08 by the very talented crew at Great Island Boat Yard. The refit includes repower with a Yanmar Scania diesel and a new Westerbeke 12kw gen set. The many interior upgrades, renovations and personal appointments reflect great attention to detail. Her accomodations are warm and welcoming especially with the butternut interior in the main saloon/wheelhouse. The bridge offers great visibility and a relaxing environment while under way. If the cruising life style is your ambition the Amy B should not be passed by.
