Our newest office at Liberty Harbor Marina in Jersey City, NJ, is located in the Urban Enterprise Zone. New Jersey residents are only required to pay 3.5% sales tax on new yacht purchases through that office. Out of state residents who plan to keep their boat in one of the Jersey City marinas can also take advantage of this tax break.
