An established waterfront marina/service facility located on US1 in Pompano Beach, Florida with a 25-year history would like to hire a full-time and/or part-time yacht broker/listing agent. We are looking for knowledgeable boaters/sales personnel with good self starting, communication and organizational skills, along with enthusiasm and integrity. Industry experience is required. This commission-based position is attractive as compared with industry standards as the new broker’s primary responsibilities are more limited but the compensation is at the normal industry maximum. Primary job responsibilities include traveling in the South Florida region, obtaining and selling new listings for clean, used power and sailboats. Light computer skills to enter photos and listing information, showing the vessels to prospective clients and attending the surveys for same.
