GALEO YACHTING Agency was founded in December 2000 by Mr. Gunes Aysun, formerly the Managing Director of Hatsail Yacht Charters. The base of GALEO's operations is Gocek, located at the heart of Turkey's yachting itineraries. With affiliate offices in Fethiye, Bodrum, Marmaris and Istanbul, GALEO is able to provide yacht charter, brokerage & management services. With an international mindset, GALEO cooperates with many brokers from all over the world.
GALEO is the only Turkish member to MYBA (Worldwide Yacht Brokers Association), the first Turkish member of CYBA ( Charter Yacht Brokers Association), as well as being fully bonded members of DTO (Turkish Shipping Chamber of Commerce) and TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agents).
