"I wanted to drop you guys a note at Free State Yachts that documents the super customer service I experienced regarding my recent purchase of "Tangent", a Tartan 31. As we proceeded towards closing, Free State Yachts gave me a very competitive bid for de-rigging and prepping Tangent for trucking to Charleston. Two weeks later Tangent arrived in Charleston and I was absolutely ecstatic when I opened her main cabin hatch to find everything inside (rigging, hardware, electrical, instruments, cabinet contents, etc) organized, wrapped, boxed, taped and labeled... the process of re-rigging her, the riggers commented that the de-rigging process was the most detail oriented as they had ever seen on any used or new boat, leaving no mystery as to what went where.
