Take Hwy. 99 North from the border towards Vancouver- passing through the George Massey Tunnel and over the Oak Street Bridge.

Continue North on Oak Street until you reach West 12th Avenue. Turn left on to West 12th Avenue going West.

Continue along 6 blocks, you will pass the main intersection of West 12th Avenue and Granville St with TD Bank on SW corner/Scotia Bank on SE corner/Plum on NW corner/Star Anise&Boboli on NE corner.

Take the next right on to Fir Street going North. Continue North on Fir Street and Turn right onto West 3rd Avenue. This street curves around past the Honda dealership and under the Granville Street bridge and becomes Old Bridge Street as you Enter Granville Island.

The Island is one way streets and you will need to almost entirely circle the island past the cement factory, open market, Bridges, Net Loft.

Fraser Yacht Sales is now located on the North-West corner of the first building on your left as you enter Granville Island, just look for the boardwalk as you enter the waterfront.
