With our expanded offices, Fillingham Yacht Sales now offers our customers immediate access to comprehensive full boat yard services, including a 50-Ton lift to accommodate larger yachts. Wet slips are also available for brokerage boats on a monthly basis.

Bob and Shar Fillingham, USCG 100-Ton Masters Licensed Captains and certified US Power boating instructors, are full time yacht brokers with offices in St. Petersburg in the Tampa Bay area on the West Coast of Florida.

Capt. Ken Balkovic is a qualified USCG Masters Licensed Captain and has over 40 years of boating experience. He is an avid inshore and offshore fisherman! He is now retired from the corporate world and is enjoying his love for boating by helping you sell or find your next yacht.

Jim Clark has over 30 years of sailing and power boating experience in the Northeast U.S. inland and coastal waters, the Chesapeake Bay, Florida waters and the Caribbean. John Hockenberry is a native of Florida and has been an avid boater and fisherman his entire life. His favorite cruising and fishing grounds are the Florida Keys and the Bahamas. He is a member of the Central Florida Offshore Anglers and the Florida Yacht Brokers Association.

John is a graduate of Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida where he received a BA in Accounting. He spent many years working in the banking and finance industry before becoming a Yacht and Ship Broker and joining Fillingham Yacht Sales. Throughout his career he has been known for his attention to detail and being tenacious – great attributes for representing yacht buyers and sellers. He has had numerous boat manufacturer product training including Marques, Carver, Regal, Silverton, and Hydra Sport brands.

As a member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, Mike enjoys Club Cruising, Club Racing, and participates in the Club Predicted Log challenges. Capt. Bob Miller moved south to the Sunshine State from Michigan over 28 years ago and he has been sailing and racing since he was six. His first boat was a 12’ Alcort wooden Sailfish and over the years he graduated to 22’ Catalina then a 30’ S-2 and most recently sold “Miller Time,” a 36’ Catalina. Bob has served on the Board of Directors at the Bay City Michigan YC, Bradenton YC and is currently the Race Captain at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. Bob has also served on the and was a member of the Bradenton Kiwanis Club. Graduating with a BA from Central Michigan University and earning a Master’s degree from Michigan State University, Bob also has his Master Captain’s U.S. Coast Guard License and has captained a wide varied of power and sail vessels. Bob spent a couple of summer vacations working for local boat brokers in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and he recently retired from the Manatee School District where he had been teaching “at risk” students.

Tony Juan is a very experienced boater throughout the SE Coast of Florida, Bahamas and Latin America. He is located in Miami, Florida and will make sure that your needs and expectations are met whether you are buying or selling any boat. Tony has years of experience in importing and exporting; and he can answer any questions you may have about International yacht sales. Ron has personally owned several sail boats and power boats; and has operated boats up to 65 feet on both coasts of Florida.
