About UsI earned my B.A. in Political Science (Pre-Law) from UNCG in 1976. In 1977 I received my North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License. Therefore I have the knowledge and experience in completing forms and contracts necessary in the purchase and sale of your vessel. With my real estate license I can also assist you in the sell or exchange of real estate for your vessel or offer a package sale. We do not accept hundreds of listings, therefore we can concentrate on selling your boat and give you the personal service you deserve. Therefore, we sell a higher percentage of our listings than the competition. Also, we are not new boat dealers, so you never have to worry about us converting a buyer for your boat to new boat inventory. I owned my first boat at age 10 and I have been boating ever since.
