DescobreVentos is a business formed by Paulo Pereira, Pedro Custódio and Miguel Guimarães. Paulo Pereira has twenty years of boat maintenance and repairs experience. In fact he follows his father footsteps that also worked in this area. He is the responsible for the after sales support and technical assistance of Dufour in Portugal. Pedro Custódio, in spite of a late entry to the world of sailing, he has fallen in love right away and decided to buy a Dufour 34. The passion for the elegant lines, for the interiors and the performances of the boat were crucial when he decided to take his relation with Dufour a step ahead and contributing to this project with his enterprise experience. He is the responsible for the management of DescobreVentos. Miguel Guimarães has nineteen years of sailing experience. He has participated in various International Regattas representing Portugal. Moreover he was a sailing instructor and at the present time he is the Skipper of Sensia/Galp Energia, a Dufour 34 equipped for competition that has already obtained various victories in the IRC Class. This team is very motivated and ready to cope with all the necessities of the actual and future clients!
