After 34 of operation from the marina attached to the Delta Hotel in Richmond we have relocated to or own site in east Richmond. The new owner of the property is now operating the marina. Delta Yachts moved our shop, lift, boathouse and inventory to storage at 23700 Dyke Rd. East Richmond

This is a one owner boat that was used once annually then shrink wrapped and stored on shore. During storage the super structure was heat damaged due to a building fire near by. Delta Yachts purchased the vessel 4 years ago as a labour stabilizing project for our shipyard. The vessel was re-painted with Algrip epoxy and new style yacht windows were installed. The boat was re-wired, new batteries were installed and it was redecorated. It is now in better shape than it was when it was new.
