I must apologize to you for not forwarding my thanks to you and your team, for selling my boat in a more timely fashion. However, there is no time better than now.

Looking back over the whole process, I was sure that within one or two years the boat was sure to sell. Having a past experience with boat sales, I figured that within two years and a loss of 25% on my purchase price I would finally sell the boat and BE THANKFUL FOR IT!

But no! You were out to prove me wrong. For that I shall always hold you high in my thoughts. I don't know if you know this, but your final price less your commission, was more than all the money on the initial investment! That includes all the custom work done on the vessel.

Unfortunately, my health no longer will allow me to own a boat, but if conditions do change, you will be first on the list to get me another one.
