Scott Duncombe spent his youth in Cohasset, Mass. Being around boats comes naturally in that part of the country and Scott soon progressed from dinghy racing to one design class racing where he was successful in local and National regattas. Further interest led to a career in the marine trade where he learned the skills required for the commissioning of both sail and motor yachts. His experience includes a three year Caribbean sabbatical on his own boat. He shares with his clients valuable insight into choosing the right vessel for their specific needs. Scott's dedication and diligence has earned him many satisfied clients as well as a rewarding career as a yacht brokerage professional.
John Earle has worked in the marine industry since 1989, principally in the area of yacht maintenance, repair and refitting. His sailing experience began in New England, cruising and racing with his family. While pursuing his career in yacht repair and refitting, he also worked as a sailing instructor on Lake Champlain. His sailing experience includes skippering yacht deliveries from the east coast to the Bahamas and Caribbean as well as racing many designs. After working in Vermont as a project and shop manager overseeing classic and modern restorations, John moved to Florida and opened Northern Star Boatworks, a full service yacht management company in Fort Lauderdale, which he operated for five years. His long experience dealing with boat owners and their concerns, coupled with his in depth knowledge of a wide variety of yachts and systems, gives John the ability to assist clients in finding the yacht best suited for them.
