57' Chris White/Alwoplast Atlantic 57
Have you been dreaming of a fast cruising cat to take you around the world? Are you looking for the right boat to participate in Jimmy Cornell's world "Blue Planet Odyssey" adventure? Or maybe you just want the fastest, safest and most comfortable catamaran afloat? Well, here it is; practically new, all prepared and ready to go.
"PataGao", named for the indigenous people of Patagonia, has cruised from Patagonia, Chile to Maine and back to the Caribbean. The center cockpit is optimized for single or shorthanded sailing making all sail changes easy and safe. While the protected pilothouse helm station offers total watch keeping comfort for the crew in all conditions.
Built entirely of epoxy/glass/carbon with thick foam cores her construction is rugged but lightweight.
A powerful sailplan with all carbon spars carrying carbon "Fusion-M" sails coupled with deep asymmetric daggerboards means there is not a similar sized cruising cat anywhere that will match or exceed PataGao's upwind performance.
