Peter listens closely to your wants & needs and strives to add significant value to the process, drawing from his extensive boating experience, his business skills, and his negotiation abilities.
Peter is a life-long sailor (including four years in the Navy), both cruising and racing along the New England coast to Canada; crewing in the Swiftsure race out of Victoria, British Columbia, and bareboat chartering in the Virgin Islands. He has an MBA degree obtained during his prior business career in investment real estate (20 years) and has been an active member of the Portland Yacht Club since 1986, where he served on the Board of Directors for six years. Peter decided to combine his passion for boating with his knowledge of Brokerage, and became a Yacht Broker in 2000, earning the Certified Professional Yacht Broker designation (CPYB) in 2005. He is greatly enjoying his career change and working to satisfy a new set of client expectations, where “return on investment” is now measured in fun and smiles!

38' Bertram Convertible Mark III

NAVIO is one of the last legendary Bertram 38's built after a long run of 331 boats. She is hull #320, and although she has all the fishing gear (outriggers & fighting chair -- uninstalled), she has spent most of her life as a family cruising boat being polished and pampered.
