The current owner has owned the boat for eight years. No major replacements have been made on the rig during his ownership. No new sails have been purchased under his ownership. The owner has a major inspection of all components every spring including rig, engine, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Remarks
This is a near-stock Santa Cruz 50 in very nice condition. She has been well maintained by a series of owners whose primary interest has been fast cruising. These boats continue to be the best of their type for performance cruising or California distance races.
Exclusions
All seller's personal effects are excluded from the sale of the vessel.
