Accommodations
The spacious interior layout provided by the broad beam design affords and exceptional amount of room and livability, allowing a variety of guest accommodations with privacy and comfort. There is 6’2” headroom throughout and stainless steel ports. The forward cabin features a large V-berth with storage beneath, an overhead hatch and shelves to port. Next, aft to starboard is the head compartment with hot/cold pressure water, stainless steel sink, vanity, shower, cedar lined locker and marine head with fold up teak shower seat. The spacious main salon features Island Packet’s signature bulkhead mounted drop leaf table which had been modified to allow passage from the galley forward without raising the table. Overhead handrails ensure safe footing underway. Both port and starboard settee berths have teak cabinets and book shelves outboard, and additional storage areas under and behind the cushions. To port beside the companionway steps is the L-shaped galley featuring a 10 cubic foot heavily insulated icebox, three-burner LPG stove with broiler, stainless steel sink, cutlery drawers and ample storage space. Aft to starboard is a surprisingly large quarter berth with full length shelf and storage beneath. The room cockpit can seat eight adults in comfort and features 7’ long contoured seats with deep coamings.
