You need to check out this very unique and cool houseboat.  This is a true live-aboard or what is popular now, "Tiny House".  Listed below is a great description of the boat.  PLUS, THE BOAT HAS IT'S OWN TRAILER FOR MOVING AND STORING THE BOAT.

The double-loft Sun-Decker is the ultimate Cottage Cruiser.

It includes a 140 square foot sun deck above a four-season porch and offers five separate sleeping areas.

The four-season porch is enclosed with strong thermo-pane windows that offer year-round livability. In the summer, open the doors and let in the cool breezes. In the winter, the low-e argon windows make the living space very comfortable. Cottage Cruisers have generous insulation, large windows and very tall ceilings.

The sun deck even provides a gas line for your barbecue grill.

Cottage Cruisers are fully navigable vessels, built to U.S. Coast Guard specifications, but are designed more for “on water living; constructed to be more like your home on the water.
