What great buy! The owner of this Monticello has used it ONLY in fresh water. He has recently spent $116,408,00 on upgrades and maintenance items. All invoices are available for review. New exterior paint finsih and graphics on cabin areas and new paint on hull sides. Bottom has been sand blasted and new paint has been paid for but will not be applied till new owner specifies time frame.
