Last call was originally built by West Port Shipyard in 1987. She went through an extensive rebuild in 2000 at Philbrook's Shipyard in Sydney B.C. to suit her new owners needs. The rebuild was a 2 year process costing over 4.3 million dollars. One could honestly call this project more of a New-Build than a refit and here is the reason why…
In addition to improving the interior layout, an expansive California Deck with outdoor kitchen, large cockpit and swim deck were added. A long list of replacements include… all operating systems; all electrical systems (including wiring, switches, outlets, inverters); Buck and Boost systems, custom main control panels; all plumbing systems including fresh water piping, fresh water pumps, back up pumps, grey water system, all heads and pumps. The main engines were completely rebuilt from the block up. More installations include: a Rapid hot water system for Jacuzzi; custom made 5 blade propellers (there is a back up set of fresh 4 blade propellers that come with the boat); and last but not least, new Generators, new exhaust and mufflers.
In addition to the mechanical and structural upgrades made at this time all windows and port holes were newly installed and it should go without saying that all finishes, both interior and exterior, were replaced with the finest custom materials available at the time.
Last Call has since been maintained by a highly qualified captain with an open checkbook. To this day she shows like a new Super Yacht. This is truly a must see! Just reduced $500,000; now just $2,950,000 !!! Don't miss this!
