"SeaHorse" has enjoyed a 4 sided boat house in fresh water for all but about a year of her life. The first year was in Florida.  She has the right equipment including hydraulic lift, 2 Cable Masters, TracVision, spare props, central vac, Northstar 962's, Auto Pilot, Radar, Bow Thruster, Washer Dryer,  2 generators, 660hp Cats Updated.  

You will want to see how keeping the sun away can protect the shine, and how fresh water and an experienced owner can keep a boat in tip top condition.  He would like to move to a 65 Marquis or similar.  We want to hear about trade possibilities.
