The NP39 is a solid, seaworthy boat with an open floor plan that allows for great visibility throughout. The entire interior is beautifully finished in teak. The full beam salon and galley area is open to the pilothouse for easy access and communication. Doors on both port and starboard lead to the foredeck or fly bridge, making it simple to move around the boat. Skippers have a complete view out the aft windows right from the pilot house helm. The galley is exceptionally nice, with lots of countertop space, large refrigerator, double sinks, 3-burner cook top w/ oven, full-extension drawers and plenty of storage. The master stateroom has an island queen with generous lockers and drawers. The head is well designed and features a spacious separate shower stall. The pilot house and salon have guest berths that set up quickly. The cockpit is completely covered and a large swim platform makes an excellent place to enjoy a nice evening or store a dinghy. The single engine Cummins QSB diesel is very fuel efficient and has proven to be reliable. The NP39 burns only 2 GPH at 7kts giving the yacht a range of 945nm with a 10% reserve.
