The Gulfstar 38 Motor Cruiser would be the perfect vessel for the Great Loop or summer live aboard.  The vessel has an abundance of room, is easy to move around on, has a huge amount of storage and is powered by economical Perkin Diesel Engines.  During 2011 the owner installed a  Brazilian Cherry Sole throughout the vessel which looks beautiful next to the Teak interior.  The vessel is for sale as the owner has a partnership plan for a larger vessel.  The owner is also a US Coast Guard Captain and is willing to teach a new owner how to captain the vessel or help with delivery if necessary.
