This is a unique Piver Victress trimaran as it has recently, within the last 2 years, been completely overhauled, with over $80,000 in upgrades.  Updates include a new Yanmar 3YM30 diesel engine with a triple Racor fuel filter system.  In early 2011 all electronics were replaced with top-of-the-line equipment, primarily Raymarine.  The wire standing rigging was replaced in 2010, along with the refrigerator and stove.  Included in the sale of this boat is a new 2010 Yamaha 20hp outboard with a large 11' Newport inflatable dinghy.  

This trimaran is a dream to sail - with roller furling main and genoa, and all lines led aft to the cockpit making it ideal for single-handing and solo watches.  The engine can be accessed very easily from the cockpit as well as from the aft stateroom, making regular maintenance a snap. 

The boat has been well maintained and is an extremely comfortable live aboard with enough berths to sleep seven.  The open layout and expansive headroom allows for a roomy, airy feeling, and provides plenty of space for guests.   With it's many hatches and port lights, air flows easily making below decks cool, even when the outside temperatures soar in the tropical sun.  All countertops throughout the interior are adorned with hand-laid custom tile giving it a co-hesive style.  The roomy, separate shower stall is quite a bonus, ensuring the main head area and stored items stay dry.   The private master stateroom in the stern allows for peace and quiet, with ample storage and it's own head.
