This is the nicest Chris Craft 501 in existance today! Do not let the price fool you, she has been aggressively priced. I guess we could have asked well over 300k like some that are available, but she has been priced right for a quick sale. In 2002 to 2003 she was taken to Palmer-Johnson in Savannah, GA where the current owner spent in excessive of $100,000 on her. Her windows were taken out and redone, she was completely painted (Awlgrip), new canvas was added, soft goods redone, and a custom wetbar was added to the bridge. Last year all of her electronics were updated (not to include Robertson Autopilots) and a KVH G4 SAT TV' ANT was added and a dummy dome for balance. In additon she has all new High-End Appliances and just about every pump and hose with regards to plumbing has been replaced. The entire boat has been gone through over the last few years and anything that may have needed attention has received it. The interior is gorgeous, understated and elegant. Her "Walk in Engine Room" is fabulous, and provides great sound proofing from the foward staterooms. Her wood work is in near perfect conditon as is her headliners and wall coverings. This is a ton of boat for the money!!! Do not delay.
